Stock Update

UPDATE: 4 August.

We are experiencing teething issues with new logistics  providers. Stock is at the freight forwarders warehouse needs to be transported only 14 miles to the fulfilment warehouse. This will push our expected shipping to next week (8-12 August).

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your interest in xScreen for Xbox Series S.

We have made some changes so stock will be available sooner. We have split stock, a limited amount will be transported using air freight, the balance will use sea freight.

Good news, the air freight stock has just landed in JFK.

Updated timeframe

• 28 July – Limited air freight production stock arrives in US warehouse

  • 1^st Week of August – Stock is checked into the warehouse.

  • PRE-ORDERS will start fulfilment on the 1^st week of August.

• 1^st September – First sea shipment arrives.

  • Week of 5^th September – This stock will be ready to fulfill orders.

• 15^th September – Second sea shipment arrives.

  • Week of 19^th September – This stock will be ready to fulfill orders.

International Orders

Our current shipping policy for international orders requires you to pay for any duties/taxes owed to the courier before they release the order to you. These duties/tax become a hidden cost for those who did not read the shipping policy.

To remove this issue, we are working towards adding new functionally to support duties and taxes for international orders. This will mean international orders will pay for any duties/taxes on checkout. Better experience for everyone.

Timeframe for this to be available is the 1^st week of August.

 xScreen Accessories

A limited amount of xScreen cases and the xScreen Stand Feet will be included with the air freight. Colored latches will be available once the sea freight lands.

As we are using a new logistics provider (www.ShipBob.com), we are not sure what packaging will fit best for our products.

Initial shipping estimates of an xScreen case is higher cost to ship than the xScreen itself, due to its size. We think it might be a lower cost to ship the xScreen case separately in a bubble mailer. 

We need the stock in the logistics providers warehouse to lock down what is the most cost-effective shipping options.
