Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our UPspec Gaming. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipping Rates

To determine your shipping costs, please add items to the cart and proceed to the checkout. At the checkout you will be shown shipping costs are due.

The cost of shipping your order depends on your location, the size of your order, and the service level you choose for shipping (Express vs. Standard).

International Shipping

For International shipping, we offer both a Duties and Taxes Prepaid and a Duties and Taxes UNPAID options.

  • International Standard: Duties and Taxes Prepaid
  • International Express: Duties and Taxes Prepaid

The above Duties and Taxes Prepaid shipping options include all international shipping costs in terms of shipping rates and Landed Costs (i.e., duties and taxes/fees).

  • International Standard: Duties and Taxes UNPAID
  • International Express: Duties and Taxes UNPAID

For the above Duties and Taxes UNPAID shipping options, this EXCLUDES any duties and taxes/fees. Any taxes/fees must be paid before the courier releases the delivery. The customer will be responsible any duties and taxes/fees which could also add delays to the order.

Shipment Processing Time

All in stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If a customer wishes to cancel their order, they must email us within 12 hours of their order being placed. This is to make sure it is not shipped before the cancellation is requested.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, please expect additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Timeframe (Estimated)

UPspec Gaming offers both Express and Standard shipping on most international routes, and at checkout, you can choose which one you prefer. Only Express or Standard shipping may be available for a few selected remote areas, but that is the exception. With our international shipping partner, we will find the lowest shipping rate for you so that you pay as little as possible in shipping fees for your order while ensuring your order will be delivered by a high-quality, reliable carrier.

  • Standard - 4-7 Business Days within the USA
  • Express - 2-4 Business Days within the USA

For International orders, the delivery time varies depending on the route/destination. It typically takes 5-9 business days for Express shipments to arrive. Standard shipments usually take between 10-20 business days. These time ranges do not include any delivery delays due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or COVID-19.

Please note that the processing time is not included.

Shipping Locations

Our mantra at UPspec Gaming is to provide as many people as possible access to our products; in line with this vision, we ship worldwide.

Unfortunately, there are a few countries around the globe that we do not ship to since either local government policies (e.g., embargos) or logistical challenges prevent us from securely, quickly, and reliably sending our products.
