Fulfilment Update
Quick update on how we are tracking for fulfilment.
xScreen on their way to the fulfilment warehouse
Date Description
- 9-Feb Stock leaves manufacture warehouse - COMPLETE
- 11-Feb Stock Arrives at fulfilment warehouse
- 14-Feb Start stock validation / customer validation (shipping addresses etc) - In Progress
- 18-Feb Complete validations
- 21-Feb Approve Orders / Start picking and packing orders
- 25-Feb Orders are picked up by couriers - Shipping to customers
At this stage we believe we are tracking ahead of schedule, shipping could be as soon as next week.
You will automatically be emailed a tracking number once your xScreen has shipped, this will be from our Shopify store.
Reviews
Just before Chinese New Year we managed to get 20 xScreens sent directly from the factory to media and influencers. Some of these reviews have already been released.

User Manuals
You will receive an english printed user manual included with your xScreen. We have made this available online, along with a Spanish and Japanese version. We will update and release more languages based on demand.

So when the stock arrives in June, how long do you think it will take for orders to arrive in Canada? Asking because I plan on ordering one and I will be away from mid July so don’t want the order arriving while am away. Thank you.
