Hi all,

We hope everyone you have all had a good break. We are getting into the final stage now and the end is in sight.

Production Updates

Production Samples

We had a few changes made after trialing the production xScreen samples. These changes have now been finalised.

Volume/Brightness could not changed when Crosshair is active - Fixed.
Crosshair was 1-2 pixels misaligned - Fixed.
Production packaging had limited protected at the bottom of box - Fixed, added protection.
Production packaging of xScreen could be difficult to remove xScreen - Fixed, added pull out tab.
Found putting cables into xScreen case messy - Fixed, added two velcro cable ties.

Mass Production

Manufacturing is well underway and is due to be completed 26-28 Jan. We have asked for some photos to share, hopefully we can provide them in the next update.

Backer Surveys

Today we are setting a deadline to complete the Backer Survey. The deadline is 20 Jan 2022.

At the time of writing we still have 138 backers with xScreen rewards that have not completed the backer survey.

Fulfillment

Once production is complete between 26-28 Jan, products will be transferred from the manufacturers warehouse to the fulfillment warehouse located in Hong Kong.

But we have run into one last problem - Chinese New Year. Sorry but this one we can't do much about ☹️.

Chinese New Year is from the 1 Feb to 3 Feb with limited resourcing available from the 31 Jan until the 15 Feb. This of course has impacted our delivery plans.

Based on the latest information from the fulfillment company, we are working towards the following timeframe:

Date Description

9-Feb Stock leaves manufacture warehouse

11-Feb Stock Arrives at fulfilment warehouse

14-Feb Start stock validation / customer validation (shipping addresses etc)

18-Feb Complete validations

21-Feb Approve Orders / Start picking and packing orders

25-Feb Orders are picked up by couriers - Shipping to customers

Once orders have been picked up by couriers, expected delivery times are outlined in the table below.
